Mum was at Charnley House for nearly 5 years, before she died from Alzheimer’s last September. Many of the staff have been there a long time, which is a good sign, but like nearly all of them, the new staff were also highly professional, really pleasant and caring & obviously dedicated. Some staff went above and beyond with Mum & I felt they knew and valued Mum as she was, whereas I was always missing her as she had been. So thankyou, again, to the carers – you couldn’t pay them enough, but they deserve so much more.
